Infiniti of Clarendon Hills "Choose Your Charity" Community Outreach Program
Starting in November Infiniti of Clrendon Hills will join Infiniti of Lisle in offering a program designed to provide help and assistance for Charities providing services within the Chicagoland area. Any non-political charitable organization with a qualifying IRS 501c3 designation will be eligible to participate and be considered for support as part of this great program. Examples include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Local Youth Sports Teams
- Disaster Funds
- Local Food Banks
- Parks or Recreation Facilities
- Health or Environmental Groups
- Handicap or Disability Based Organizations
The monthly outreach program from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and Infiniti of Lisle will award one nominated and qualified charity a 'One Time' gift as follows:
- Check for $500
- Logo placement and recognition within the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and Lisle websites for one month.
The "Choose Your Charity" monthly program will operate as follows:
- One Monthly Award Presentation
- Charity must be nominated on the Infiniti of Lisle Facebook Fan Page on the current month
- A charity is limited to three (3) "winning" months through any 12 month period or $1,500 whichever comes first.
- The vote count will be concluded on the 28th of each month
- Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and Lisle will reserve the right to 'approve' or 'disapprove' of any displays, texts, writings, logos, or references to the charity that would be presented for support or placement on the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills or Lisle associated sites or assets.
Award Determination:
- Awards to be based on the number of Likes placed in support of the nomination on the Infiniti of Clarendon or Lisle Facebook Fan Pages.
- Each 'Like' is counted as a single "vote".
- Vote count is based upon the number of 'Likes' received form the 1st to the 28th of each month.
- Ultimate eligibility and winners to be determined by the management or staff of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills or Lisle and will be approved or disapproved with in 72 hours of nomination.
