This dealership is not close to my home but I come here whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They always get to work quickly and allow me to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time when I am waiting. The price is always fair and the workmanship what I would expect. The waiting area is the best I have seen at any of the Infiniti dealers in the area. It is comfortable, convenient, and there are snacks and beverages available to help make the wait more pleasant. Anybody anywhere nearby should try them out like I did and they will probably go back again, just like me.

It is very easy to have the car serviced. They have knowledgeable, pleasant service personnel and provide quick turnaround. The service center waiting room is very comfortable as well.

Mike was very helpful in discussing getting the service started, called with update on some additional things that they found without pressuring me expand scope of service, and emailed and called me when work was all done. I am very satisfied with this new dealership and will be back.

I went in to purchase a used NIssan Frontier, and the combined sale price, along with my trade in, was an even swap. Despite the fact that there was little, to no, margin in this deal, Bob Polanek, and everyone at the dealership, gave me the same attention, and excellent service, as if I was buying a brand new vehicle from them. The service, attention, and ease of doing business with Bob, and the entire Infiniti of Clarendon Hills staff, made this one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Bob Polanek, and the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills dealership, to anyone looking for their next vehicle purchase!

Lost my keys on vacation on Sunday morning. Emailed Lance and he got back to me within minutes giving me the options of what I could do. Even on a day the dealer and service department was closed he got me all the info I needed.

From the minute my husband and I walked in, Jeff welcomed us and got us test driving a car within the first 10 minutes. He has a warm, laid back personality and we felt very comfortable working with him....there was no pressure. He actually made the whole process very enjoyable from start to finish and I've never previously enjoyed going through the painstakingly lengthy process of buying a car. He brought us water, chocolate covered fruit from somewhere ;) and was very humorous throughout....and then I think Bill handled our paperwork (the one who had the great smelling office) and that was organized and fast and he also had a warm personality. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership, and Jeff to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Jeff!.

I have taken my car to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills for service and had always had a great relationship with the service providers - Mike Harlow is phenomenal. Therefore, when it came time for me to purchase a new car, I thought first to go to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills - BIG MISTAKE!! The original prices quoted to me were extremely high. On a G37x, their quote was $497/month (lease) vs. Infiniti of Naperville's initial quote of $390/month. On the FX, they quoted $645 vs. $540. Only when I countered with Infiniti of Naperville's quote did they reduce their price. Rather than giving a good price upfront, they adopt the sales approach of start high and try to squeeze every dime out of the customer. Eventually, they did reduce their price based on the Naperville quote, but I was on the fence as to what do to - on one hand, Clarendon Hills is more convenient - on the other, Naperville was straight with me from the beginning. While I was deciding whether or not to go with Naperville or Clarendon Hills, I received a voice mail from the sales person telling me that if I bought from Naperville, they would not provide me with free oil changes or car washes. While this was intended to coerce me into choosing Clarendon Hills, all it did was turn me off completely. I have been servicing my previous car at Clarendon Hills, and my family has purchased five Infinitis in the last ten years (this was #6). This is how they treat loyal Infiniti customers!!! Despite Clarendon Hills being much more convenient of a location for me, I went with Naperville because (1) Clarendon Hills' initial price quote was insulting and obnoxious and (2) playing the oil change/car wash card was beyond poor customer service. Overall, my issue is not with my individual sales person - I think the problem with the management, and unfortunately, their sales reps are being coerced into providing bad customer service. Drive a few extra miles and go to Infiniti of Naperville. It's worth avoiding all the nonsense that you'd deal with at Clarendon HIlls.
